Would you like to return or exchange an item?
No problem! You can return unworn items to us within 14 days free of charge*. Anything that doesn't fit will be exchanged: We also offer you a simple and automated size exchange.
*Zúhi and Slút GmbH - Drillaz™ does not cover return shipping costs for returns outside of Germany, Austria or the Netherlands.
We make returns easier for you
We have gotten rid of paper return receipts. The following button will take you to our DHL returns portal , where you can process your return and exchange online using your order number and email.
Our returns policy
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you chose when purchasing. Processing and refunds may take up to 10 business days.
The return label must be printed out and clearly visible on the package.
- There is no right to a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for items that have been worn or washed.
- The item must be in its original condition and returned with all associated tags.
- The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.
- When returning, please enclose the completed returns form.
- Processing a return can take up to 14 working days.
Returns outside Germany, Austria and the Netherlands
You can also register returns outside of Germany, Austria and the Netherlands in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a return label for returns. Please note that you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad.*
